Data testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that Sharia Compliance which includes the Islamic Interbank Rate (ISIR) ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR), Islamic Interest Rate (IIR), and Zakat Profit Ratio (ZPR) has a significant influence on the performance of Sharia Commercial Banks. This study also shows that Islamic Corporate Governance does not have a significant influence on the Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method with multiple linear regression, a population of 15 regional organizations that have a sample of 60 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that simultaneously, namely the suitability of compensation, internal control, organizational culture and organizational commitment together have a significant effect on the tendency of fraud in Tebo Regency government employees. It partially shows that the suitability of compensation has a negative effect on the tendency of fraud in Tebo Regency government employees. Internal control has a negative effect on the tendency of fraud in Tebo Regency government employees. Organizational commitment has a negative effect on the tendency of fraud in Tebo Regency government employees. The research aims to determine the condition of development inequality in Jambi Province and to determine and analyze the influence of Direct Expenditure, Regional Original Income, Domestic investments, and Human Development Index on development inequality in Jambi Province for 2018. 2002-2022. The method used in this research is the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that from 2002 to 2022 the average value of the Williamson Index was recorded at 0.439, which indicates that the level of inequality falls into the moderate inequality category. The largest development inequality occurred in 2010, with a Williamson Index value of 0.533. The largest reduction in development inequality occurred in 2020 where the value of the Williamson Index was able to decrease by 0.08 from 0.432 in 2019 to 0.352 in 2020. During the research period from 2002 to 2022, development inequality was only in 2 categories, namely the medium category and the high, and dominated in the medium category. The object of this study was employees of the Jambi Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Office, with a sample of 82 respondents. The analysis method uses a path analysis approach with SEM PLS analysis tools, using measurement model tests and structural model tests. Based on the results of the study, competence, organizational culture, and discipline directly and indirectly affect motivation. As well as competence, and organizational culture, directly and indirectly affect employee performance, but discipline directly and indirectly has no effect on employee performance. For motivation affects employee performance. This study aims to identify the factors that influence awareness of e-waste management among the Penang community in Malaysia, with a specific focus on sustainability. The primary objective is to investigate the Penang community’s understanding and attitudes towards e-waste management for a sustainable future. Six independent variables were examined: awareness, knowledge, attitude, government influence, moral obligation, and subjective norm. A survey questionnaire was distributed to 384 respondents in Penang. The findings revealed that attitude, government influence, moral obligation, and subjective norms significantly predict the Penang community’s e-waste management awareness towards sustainability. Surprisingly, awareness and knowledge, as components of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), did not significantly impact sustainability-focused e-waste management awareness. In conclusion, e-waste recycling initiatives should prioritize enhancing knowledge and creating specific cues to encourage habitual recycling behavior.
