Exploring The Facilitating Conditions Among the Elderly Towards The Intention to Use of E-Health Technologies
Abstract
The intention to use e-health applications among the elderly is influenced by several key
factors, including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and self
efficacy related to Internet usage. However, barriers such as usability, acceptability,
motivation, skepticism, and comfort in using digital tools hinder widespread adoption of
e-health solutions within this demographic. This study is to investigate the relationship
between facilitating conditions and the intention to use of E-health. For the purpose of this
study, survey respondents are members of the Fasa 1 L Community as the sample
population. Data were collected through online questionnaires via google form. The result
showed that a moderate correlation between independent and dependent variable. This
study concludes that the acceptance by the users was the time needed to input data to the
e-Health application.
