Submission of articles on subjects with relevance to the journal is welcomed but not limited to the two issues per year (May and November). The submission should adhere to our guidelines in the template. The manuscripts are preferably written in English, but when written in another language (e.g., Malay), provision of the English title, abstract, and keywords is compulsory. Kindly place all submissions online. Manuscripts are accepted on the understanding that they have not been and will not be published elsewhere. All submissions will be peer-reviewed. The editors have the final decision on publication.
For all articles published in MJLI journals, the copyright remains with the author(s). Articles are licensed under an open access Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license, meaning that anyone may download and read the paper for free. In addition, the article may be reused and quoted provided that the original published version is cited. These conditions allow for maximum use and exposure of the work while ensuring that the authors receive proper credit.
