Abstract

This study represents mobile banking adoption is uneven in Malaysia, with certain communities accepting it more readily than others. Accessibility, financial costs, belief in security, social influences, perceived effort and effort expectancy are all elements that contribute to this discrepancy. This study is to identify social influence among local communities towards behavioral intention to use mobile banking. To test this study, we use Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. The main data of the study were collected through questionnaire from 131 respondents among local communities in Klang Valley. The SPSS approach was used to evaluate the data and subsequently to solve hypotheses and achieve research goal.
