Abstract

E-learning has revolutionized education by providing flexible and accessible learning. This study investigates how varied user groups accept e-learning platforms. The research intends to help educators, policymakers, and e-learning platform developers improve the user experience and adoption. This research investigates the impact of perceived usefulness, ease of use, system quality, and social influence on the acceptance of e-learning in Taman Kemboja 4A, Rawang, Selangor. The use of a quantitative methodology, specifically a 30-question poll administered using Google Forms, would facilitate the collection of audience data. This research employed quantitative methodologies, specifically multiple-choice surveys. The inclusion of descriptive and explanatory data has the potential to enhance the reliability and accuracy of research. The present study employs a descriptive questionnaire to investigate the levels of acceptance of e-learning. E-learning has revolutionized education by providing flexible and accessible learning. This study investigates how varied user groups accept e-learning platforms. The research intends to help educators, policymakers, and e-learning platform developers improve user experience and adoption. Therefore, this study needs to highlight on usage of E-Learning services in order to measure the factors that affecting acceptance of E-Learning. We need to take factor from system quality and social influence and this study use theory Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
