The post-pandemic era has highlighted the urgent need to adapt educational practices to emerging global challenges. Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Special Education (SPED) face unique demands in addressing the needs of diverse learners, especially in the context of climate change and the digital transformation of learning. This article examines the evolving landscape of ECE and SPED in Malaysia and other countries, focusing on the integration of mobile learning technologies to enhance educational equity and quality. By addressing the dual challenges posed by climate change and the pandemic, the study explores innovative strategies for creating sustainable and inclusive educational frameworks. Comparative analyses, case studies, and actionable recommendations provide insights into how educational systems can respond to global trends and local realities.
