Abstract

The advantages gained by an individual as a consequence of the amount of time spent using a technology for a certain activity are referred to as performance expectation; this construct is the best predictor of behavioural intention. The aptitude and understanding of smartphone features varies according to age and gender. The poll was performed in 110 municipalities around Klang Valley, including Ampang and Bandar Baru Sentul. This study employs the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) paradigm. The UTAUT framework is widely recognised as the best practise method for measuring customer acceptability, with an emphasis on individuals rather than organisations. As a result, it is more suited to analysing research that are heavily influenced by human variables. According to the conclusions of the study, performance expectation is critical for new technology acceptance, especially when it comes to capturing the effects of user behavioural intention across the community
