This study explores the impact of workplace dynamics on job satisfaction within Small Medium Practices (SMPs) in Malaysia. Emphasizing professional development, compensation, and working environment, the research investigates how these factors contribute to employee satisfaction. Data was collected through questionnaires and analysed using statistical methods. Findings suggest that professional development and compensation are significant predictors of job satisfaction. Recommendations for SMPs include enhancing training programs and ensuring equitable compensation structures.
