The Asian Journal of Professional & Business Studies recognizes the importance of appropriately acknowledging individuals, institutions, and organizations that have contributed to scholarly work but do not meet the criteria for authorship. Authors should include an Acknowledgement section in their manuscript, where applicable, to recognize contributions such as technical assistance, administrative support, language or editorial assistance, access to facilities or resources, data collection support, and other forms of assistance that contributed to the completion of the research. Individuals named in the Acknowledgement section should have made a meaningful contribution to the work without qualifying for authorship. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission from individuals before identifying them in the Acknowledgement section. Where applicable, authors should also disclose financial support, research grants, sponsorship, or other funding received for the research. The name of the funding organization and relevant grant information should be stated accurately. Acknowledgements must not be used to imply endorsement of the research, its findings, or conclusions by any individual or organization without their consent. If no individuals, organizations, or funding sources need to be acknowledged, the Acknowledgement section may be omitted or authors may state: “The authors have no acknowledgements to declare.” The journal reserves the right to request clarification or revision of acknowledgement statements to maintain transparency, accuracy, and integrity in scholarly publishing.
