Abstract

Everyone's lifestyle has changed since the digital age. The e-wallet is one of the most imaginative financial technology solutions that have emerged in the digital era. E-wallets, according to Punwatkar and Verghese (2018), are digital payment mechanisms that allow users to execute transactions regardless of time and from anywhere, such as using E-wallet apps on their mobile devices to purchase things at a convenience store. Meanwhile, convenience and speed of transactions are crucial factors that encourage users to utilise an e-wallet while making online purchases (Manikandan & Jayakodi, 2015). Varsha and Thulasiram (2016) cite numerous key characteristics of E-wallets, including simplicity of use, low deposit amounts, and the ability to share E-wallet advantages with others. The e-wallet is increasingly replacing the use of real cash as one of its most significant advancements of this time (Max 250 Words)
